Norman Moreau, and our Purple Haze, with Norman, Gloria Parker.
[audience applauds] So three people came to us one day and one rehearsal that changed the chorus forever.
The first was R. Warren Clark, who was convinced he was Sophie Tucker.
[audience laughs] And then there was Ralph Entorcio who wasn't sure whether he was Carmen Miranda or Carol Channing and in Europe they thought he was Marilyn Monroe.
[audience laughs] And then there was Eileen Hall who was born and bred in London, survived the bombing of London, and was trained in the Old Vic.
And she did these just great routines, the nobody loves a fairy number, and her strip tease, which was incredible.
And they changed our universe, really did.
And Warren and Ralph did a song from the musical "Gigi" as Maurice Chevalier and I think it was Sophie Tucker, but I was trying to figure out who could do that song for us today.

Your life is your life, don't let it be clubbed into dank submission.
Be on the watch.
There are ways out.
There is a light somewhere.
It may not be much light, but it beats the darkness.
Be on the watch.
The gods will offer you chances.
Know them.
Take them.
You cannot beat death, but you can be death in life sometimes.
And the more often you learn to do it the more light there will be.
- Your life is your life.
You are amazing.
